About

I have been a proud PGA of Canada member since the 80’s and a Class A member since 1996. I have had the privilege to serve on the PGA Atlantic Board of Directors for 14 years, from 1999 to 2013, and as your President in 2005 and 2006. I also served on the National PGA Board for 5 years from 2006 until 2010.

I have missed being active with the association and last year decided to get back on the PGA of Canada Atlantic Board. Being involved with the Atlantic Board has made me realize how much I have to offer the National Board. Two areas of particular interest to me are employment and education. I served as Chair of the Education Committee on the National Board for 2 years, and I have a particular interest in the new PGA of Canada Training Academy and how it will better prepare PGA members for future job opportunities.

I have been at my recent position at Ashburn for 13 years and have the support of the Club and my family to devote the time to the National Board.

If I am successful as the new PGA of Canada Board member, I will bring my experience and skills to work hard for both the PGA and our Atlantic members. I welcome all questions and concerns from members and commit to providing detailed reports at our member meetings.

Thank you very much for your consideration.
