Dustin Campbell is a PGA of Canada Professional with a lifelong passion for golf, player development, and elevating the member experience. With competitive backgrounds in both hockey and golf, he brings a deep understanding of athletic performance, biomechanics, and strategic skill progression to his coaching methodology.
With more than 12 years of experience in the fitness and performance industry, Dustin has worked with junior athletes, competitive players, and recreational golfers, specializing in movement efficiency, injury prevention, and golf-specific strength training. Earlier in his career, he owned and operated a performance facility equipped with simulators, where he provided coaching, fittings, and video analysis, building a strong foundation in golf technology and data-driven instruction.
Dustin graduated from the Business and Golf Resort Management program at McMaster University in September 2025, gaining comprehensive knowledge in golf operations, leadership, event management, and customer experience. During the 2025 season, he served as an Assistant Professional at Markland Wood Golf Club, where he played a key role in modernizing operations, including installing two TrackMan simulators, developing the club’s Health & Safety response plan, leading retail and merchandising initiatives, and supporting a wide roster of member events, leagues, and instructional programs.
For the 2026 season, Dustin will be joining the highly experienced professional team at Rattlesnake Point Golf Club, where he looks forward to contributing to the club’s culture, supporting player development, and enhancing the overall golf experience for members and guests.
Whether on the course or in the simulator, Dustin is committed to delivering a professional, engaging, and results-driven coaching experience. His approach blends technical instruction, technology integration, and an authentic passion for helping golfers reach their full potential.
