About

Natalie is a former touring professional who attended the University of Mississippi on a full Division I athletic scholarship and graduated with a degree in Recreation Management in 2012. Natalie had a successful collegiate and professional playing career. In 2011, she captured the Cougar Classic and tied for 1st in the Mercedes Benz Championship as an Ole Miss Rebel. At The University of Mississippi, Natalie recorded 5 top 5, 6 top 10 and 8 top 20 finishes. She began her collegiate career as a Cornhusker at The University of Nebraska recording 2 top 10 and 4 top 25 finishes. Natalie was a two-time member of the Ontario Junior Provincial Golf Team. During her playing career she was a member of the Symetra Tour known as “The Road to the LPGA” for three seasons, recording 22 cuts made and 2 top 10 finishes. She earned exemptions into the 2012, 2013 and 2014 LPGA CP Canadian Women’s Open’s. In 2015, Natalie Monday qualified for the LPGA Manulife Classic at Whistle Bear Golf Club and made the cut.

Natalie has a passion for growing the game of golf. She has assisted Lindsay Knowlton, with Iron Lady Golf clinics, taught various junior and ladies clinics in the Stratford and Kitchener/Waterloo area and worked as an Inclusion Support Coordinator with the City of Kitchener running Golf Fore Life, an inclusive dementia friendly golf program for persons living with dementia. Natalie joined the PGA of Canada (summer 2020) and spent the 2020 and 2021 seasons working as a Development Coach at The Ontario Golf Academy at Whistle Bear Golf Club. Natalie ran various junior programs; summer camps, after school programs, Girls Club, Boys Club, SNAG (start new at golf) and created a Jr. Girls Team for young women ages 10-15 years old. Natalie coached several women’s clinics and provided private instruction to the membership as well as golfers in the Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge area as well as surrounding communities. A highlight of Natalie’s 2021 season was being awarded the PGA of Ontario Apprentice Professional of the Year award, she feels humbled and honoured to have received the award and recognition for her efforts during the 2021 season.

During the 2022 and 2023 seasons, Natalie worked at London Hunt and Country Club as the Lead Instructor. She provided the membership with various instruction opportunities; women’s coaching program, junior programs and private instruction. In 2022, Natalie won the PGA of Ontario Women's Championship and was named PGA of Ontario Women's Player of the Year.

Natalie is currently a member of Team Golfplay in the Kitchener/Waterloo Region as the Director of Skills Development. She focuses on private and group coaching programs as well as community outreach initiatives - making golf fun for everyone! During the 2023 season, Natalie captured the PGA of Ontario Women's Tour Championship and was named PGA of Ontario Women's Player of the Year. Natalie is also currently a member of Roan Vollmer's Professional Team at Westmount Golf and Country Club as a Teaching Professional.
