Brad Ewart

About

Over the past 30 years Ewart has played golf as a professional and journalist in 32 countries worldwide and has visited 960 different golf courses along the way. For five years Ewart was based in Tokyo, Japan where he worked as a golf writer, instructor and golf course design consultant. Ewart played the Asian Golf Circuit in 1990 and 1991 and was based in Tokyo, Japan until 1994 when he returned to Canada. In 1995 Ewart, as Director of Marketing & Sales, was part of the team that helped launch Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club in Coquitlam, B.C. Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club was named ‘Best New Course in Canada’ by SCOREGolf Magazine and other top honors from the golf industry. Ewart served as Media Chairman (1995-1999) for the PGA TOUR’S Air Canada Championship. During this period Ewart was Marketing Director for both the Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club and the Seven-course Golf Vancouver consortium. As Executive Producer and Host of the internationally syndicated television show The Golf Show Great Golf Destinations Ewart and his guests traveled the world playing some of the game’s finest resort destinations. The Golf Show Great Golf Destinations has now gone to air in 27 countries worldwide including a tw-year run on the Japanese Golf Channel, Europe, Australia, USA and three years on Sportsnet in Canada. For the past 25 years Ewart, a Golf Trick Shot Artist, has entertained thousands of golfers around the world with his ‘entertainment on the links’ routine.
